Crimean Tatar religious scholar Ebulbeka Muhyiddin Eyyub Kefevi gained recognition in Istanbul. He held judge positions in cities of the Ottoman Empire and published numerous works. Among them, the dictionary of religious terms «El-Kulliyat» gained the greatest popularity.
