In 2026, Kazakhstan will launch an AI-based application that will answer religious questions based on authoritative sources. The app is being created to increase the accessibility of knowledge about Islam among the population and reduce the workload on the clergy. This was announced by the Supreme Mufti of Kazakhstan, Nauryzbai Kazhy Taganuly.
