In Islam, there is such a term as «gyiba» — impartial judgments against a person, at the time of his absence. That is, a person who discusses the shortcomings of another behind his back is the one who commits the gyiba. This is one of the most common sins that people often commit unconsciously. Therefore, it is very important for a Muslim to watch what he says and remember the dangers of backbiting.
