In the old part of Karasubazar (Belogorsk), the building of the ancient Yildirim-Cami mosque has survived to this day. It was built, presumably, in the 18th-19th centuries, and was closed in 1938. Now there is an 8-apartment hostel in the building of the mosque, but Karasubazar activists are working to return the shrine to Muslims.
