In the center of the southern coastal village of Partenit, an ancient minaret has been preserved: it’s the only thing that has survived from the mosque that was located here. You can find it only by following the signs. The mosque was destroyed in the late 1980s, then an Orthodox church was built here, on the territory of which the minaret belongs to now.
