In the city of Kezlev, there is a mosque called Tahtali Cami, which is about 150 years old. This is one of the three ancient surviving mosques in the city. It got its name thanks to the wooden minaret, which was later completely destroyed. In Soviet times, the mosque belonged to representatives of other religions. And in the 90s, after the return of the Crimean Tatars, it was again transferred to the local Muslim community.
