Construction of the mosque in Maryino Microdistrict started in 2004 and has been going on for 18 years. The local Muslim community managed to perform the main works with their own resources: to complete the interior finishing, to build an ablution room. However, the building’s facade and territory also need to be improved. Locals would like to have a gym and a playground on the mosque grounds. The local community appeals to all residents of the peninsula for help in fixing up the mosque territory
