The Village of Argymak Eli Remembers the History of the Return of the Crimean Tatars

In the 60-70s, many Crimean Tatars who returned to their homeland settled in the village of Agyrmak-Eli (Batalnoye) in the Leninsky district. Being a Crimean Tatar in Crimea in those years was very difficult. In Argymak-Eli, it was forbidden to sell houses to repatriates. They were not hired, they were not registered for years, they were tried for violating the passport regime. But the Crimean Tatars endured everything. Many still live in Argymak-Eli and remember what their return was like.
