Water shortage in Crimea continues to grow

The water situation in Crimea continues to be critical. Following the Crimean capital, restrictions on water supply were imposed in Alushta, as well as in its nearest coastal villages and in Qarasuvbazar. But the Crimean authorities failed to normalize the water supply schedule. Residents of Aqmescit continue to report irregularities. The water shortage in Crimea is planned to be solved with the help of underground sources and seawater desalination, and waste water purification is not excluded.
