Folk songs, filled with the warmth of history, bitter memories of deportation and the difficult path of returning home. An annual meeting of fellow villagers was held in Uskut, which brought together dozens of natives from different parts of Crimea with their children and grandchildren. Uskut was one of the largest villages on the southern coast of Crimea with a distinctive culture and a special dialect. It was surrounded by rich vineyards, orchards and tobacco plantations
