In November last year, 2-year-old Amina Osmanova died in the Sudak city hospital due to the negligence of doctors. This story shook the entire peninsula. On the fact of the death of the child, a criminal case was initiated under article 109, part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Causing death by negligence due to improper performance by a person of his professional duties). Only 4 months after the terrible tragedy, a commission investigative examination was appointed. However, the cause of the child’s death has not yet been established.
