The rivers that feed water the reservoirs in Crimea have dried up

Several Crimean rivers feeding the reservoirs dried up in August. These are the rivers Alma, Chernaya, Belbek and Tonas. And at the end of July, the Kacha River dried up, reports the Crimean Hydrometeorological Center. The rivers dried due to insufficient rainfall. The Goskomvodkhoz reported that in 2020 the inflow of water into the reservoirs has been many times lower than in previous years — only 6% of the average.
