The village of Efendikoy (Zelenogorsk) of the Qarasubazar (Belogorsk) region is in distress. The village was left without water. On some of the streets it has not been there since summer, the others ran out of water in September, the rest — in October. Now water hardly reaches only a few streets of the village. The village council organized the supply of water and while there were few dehydrated streets, water was brought here every day. Now water carriers do not have time to provide the residents with water in time. The only salvation for the village has become a local, as not dry yet spring.
