Crimea is partially without power. Due to disruptions in the main power grids, there is no electricity in Armyansk, Krasnoperekopsk, Dzhankoy and the surrounding district, Kezlev (Yevpatoria) and its surroundings, as well as in the Saky and Chornomorske districts. Power outages on the peninsula have been observed for more than a week. As a result, some regions are without water and communication.
