Oil slicks and rainbow films were detected on the surface of the Black Sea after a floating crane capsized near Akyar. More than 409,000 m² of the sea is contaminated with oil products, according to Rosprirodnadzor. The emergency occurred on October 27. 2 people died, more than 20 were injured.
