In October, Muslim women in Ukraine will be able to be photographed for ID without taking off their veils. The Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution abolishing the outdated requirements for photo documents. It is no longer necessary to take pictures without veil and on a light background. The new rules have been adopted in order to adapt the legislation of Ukraine to the international one.
