The resident of the village of Otarchik (Novoulyanovka) of the Bakhchisaray region Ruslan Ibragimov was left without a home — his house burned down in a fire on August 3. The flame broke out from the short circuit of the wiring. The roof of the house, ceilings and walls in several rooms burned down. Ruslan did not even have time to save the documents. Other families living in this block and the FAP, which was also located in the building, suffered. Recovery requires funds that people do not have.
