On July 24th, in Hagia Sophia will be the first Friday prayer. The museum has again become a mosque. The following decree was signed by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. The Turkish State Council cancelled the decree of the country’s first president, Kemal Atatürk of 1934, on awarding Hagia Sophia a museum status.
