Several months ago Elvira Kumshueva found out about her terrible diagnosis — a malignant tumor. On June 24 she came from Kherson oblast to Crimea and underwent an examination at a private clinic, where she was prescribed an expensive treatment. Elvira-khanim’s family is in a difficult life situation and is asking all indifferent people to help them cope with this disaster.
