Cathedral mosque in Aqmescit will be named after Noman Chelebidzhikhan

The cathedral mosque in the Crimean capital will be named after the Crimean Tatar public figure, the first mufti of Crimea, Noman Chelebidzhikhan. Its construction has been going on for several years, now the works are on the stage of finishing. Interior painting and marble works are being carried out by Turkish specialists from Kayseri, who worked on the decoration of the largest mosque in Istanbul — Camlica. Apart from the mosque, there are administrative and guest buildings on the territory. Recently, Crimean journalists were given a press tour of the Cathedral Mosque and told when to wait for the opening of the main Muslim building of the peninsula.
