Arrest of Resul Velilayev, a businessman, a patron and a founder of Bekir Choban Zade Charity Fund, has shocked the Crimean Tatar society. He was sent to Lefortovo prison in Moscow. The security forces had detained Velilyaev for allegedly expired products in his store «Guzel».
