Aqmescit (Simferopol) commemorated the victims of the deportation of the Crimean Tatar people. Every year on May 18, eyewitnesses of the deportation, their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren come to the memorial stone on the station square to remember all the innocent victims and deprived of their home, life and homeland.
