The 130th anniversary of the outstanding Crimean Tatar scientist, world-famous Turkologist Bekir Choban-zade was celebrated in Baku (Azerbaijan). An international scientific conference was held at the Nizami Ganjavi Institute of Literature of the Academy of Sciences. Guests from Crimea also took part in it: professor of the CEPU named after F. Yakubov Ismail Kerimov and journalist, researcher Zera Bekirova.
