The Tsaatan tribe lives in Mongolia on the border with Russia. There are only about three hundred of them. Presumably they are a mixture of Mongolian, Turkic and Samoyedic tribes. Tsaatans are Turkic-speaking people. They still lead a nomadic lifestyle, and their main occupation is deer farming.
