Orkhan Gendzhebay is a legendary master of playing the saz, a cult figure in Turkish musical culture of the second half of the twentieth century. Having become a father of the Arabic style in Turkish music, he won the love of the Turkish people. He released three dozen albums and became a star of many movies. But few people know that Orkhan Gendzhebay has Crimean Tatar roots.
