Akhlime Ilyasova dreams of embroidering a picture for an old Kerch mosque

Akhlime Ilyasova from Kerch, became interested in embroidery while being a child. Her first teacher was her grandmother. By profession, tailor-cutter Ahlime-khanim found this inspiration in embroidery. She studied the language of Crimean Tatar ornament from eminent craftswomen and dreams of creating a work that will decorate the city mosque.
