Faik Qırımlı is a well-known master in Turkey with Crimean Tatar roots. He began his work with engraving, and then began studying the famous Turkish tiles in the Ottoman archives and in the Topkapi Palace. Faik Qırımlı is one of those who revived the art of creating ceramic tiles and used original equipment. Having established his own workshop in Iznik, he taught his craft many of the later famous masters.
