103 years ago, the Bolsheviks dismissed the Kurultay

On January 14, 1918, the Bolsheviks entered Aqmescit (Simferopol). They dismissedd the Kurultay and the Council of People’s Representatives. Arrests and murders of officers and prominent citizens began. One of the organizers of the Kurultay, Dzhafer Seydamet, left Crimea, and Noman Chelebidzhikhan was arrested and killed on February 23, 1918.
