Seyyid Ahmed bin Abdullah el-Kırımi is a famous Crimean scholar of the 15th century. During the reign of the Ottoman Sultan Mehmed II Fatih, he came to Istanbul and was honored to teach in the most prestigious Ottoman madrasahs. He was included in the list of great scholars of the Ottoman state.
