Seyid Musa Kelimi was a renowned Crimean Tatar scholar, poet, and historian. He served as a judge and mufti in his native city of Kefe (Feodosia), where he oversaw the construction of the Mufti-Jami Mosque. He taught in madrasas across the Ottoman Empire and served as a qadi (judge) in various cities. One of his works is preserved in the Sultan’s Museum in Istanbul.
