Aider Bulgakov is a Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor. Born in exile in Uzbekistan, he was able to become an outstanding scientist. He is the author of numerous scientific articles in international scientific journals, the founder of the Research Center for Applied Mathematics at Selcuk University in Turkey, and the former executive editor of the international scientific journal Selcuk Journal of Applied Mathematics.
