A unique phenomenon of the Crimean Tatar national movement was the «informations»—bulletins that printed important announcements, news, and reports about the trips of people’s delegates to Moscow. «Informations» were prepared on typewriters in large print runs and then distributed among the people. Under conditions of censorship and the suppression of the Crimean Tatar issue, «informations» were a crucial way to voice the national struggle.
