At the foot of Pasha-Tepe Mountain in Kefe (Feodosia) more than a century ago, a local resident discovered a source of water, which was later called «Pasha-Tepe» and was awarded a gold medal at the International Exhibition in Belgium. Later, the spring was abandoned, and when it was restored again, it was given a new name — Feodosiyskiy. And Mount Pasha-Tepe was called the ugly name Lysaya (which means is Russian Bald).
