From 100 to 3500 ml: what cezve our ancestors used

It is impossible to imagine a Crimean Tatar house without a cezve — a copper vessel for making coffee. In the old days, its volume could reach 3.5 liters. In such huge cezves coffee was brewed for big events, writes Abdul Vakhab Seitkhalilov in the collection “Traditional culture of Crimean Tatars”.
