Water Tower in the Village of Bazarçıq – A Gift from the Emir of Bukhara?

Did you know that in the settlement of Bazarçıq (Pochtovoye) there is a water tower built with a donation from the Emir of Bukhara? Historian and local historian Vladimir Gurkovich claims that the funds for it were allocated by Seyid Abdulahad Khan in the early 20th century. What distinguishes the tower from other similar structures is its original architecture: a dome, carved window trims, and ornamentation in Arabic script.
