In Mongolia there, the most ancient monument with the first mention of the Turks has been found. The researchers of the International Turkic Academy together with the staff of the Mongolian Institute of History and Archaeology discovered a unique find in the Nomgon valley. An ancient Turkic runic inscription was found on the upper part of the written monument, in the text of which the words «Tengri», «Türk», «Kutlug», «tumen» were highlighted, which tells that the Kutluk Elteris-Kagan, who revived the Turkic Kaganate, owned the complex.
