Crimean schoolchildren presented family heirlooms

For the 14th time, the “Aile Degerlikleri” (“Family Heirlooms”) competition was held in Crimea, where Crimean schoolchildren present valuables from family treasures. Belts that are passed down from generation to generation in the family, gold coins that were not sold during the most terrible years of deportation, even risking starving to death, old photographs, as well as the history of native villages and cities. This year, due to coronavirus restrictions, the competition was held online, but this did not stop young participants from sharing family stories.
