The famous bath complex of the 17th century was once the pride and adornment of Karasuvbazar: magnificent buildings with white marble fonts and rich stucco attracted residents and visitors of the city. Public life was in full swing here, and trade and political issues were decided over a cup of coffee. The Biyuk Hamam bathhouse stood out among them. But not a single one of the Karasuvbazar baths was able to survive in the whirlwind of history of the last century.
