The village of Gavr (Plotinnoye) is located on both sides of the river Belbek in the mountainous part of the Bakhchisarai region. Before the deportation, about 170 Crimean Tatar families lived here, there were 2 maale, 2 mosques, a mekteb, a rural coffee house and shops. Today, dilapidated old houses keep the history of this village.
