Shefika Demirdzhi was born in 1942 in the Ozenbash village (Schastlivoye). When her family was deported to Uzbekistan, she was only 2 years old. Her childhood fell on the most terrible years — the first years of exile. She remembers that when she was young she has to work a lot to feed the family.
