For a 84-year-old native of the village of Urkusta (Peredovoye) Lilya Muslyadinova it is difficult to remember the past. As a child, she lost the most precious thing — her parents. Her father did not return from the front, and her mother was left with two young daughters. In the first year of deportation, her mother died, she could not withstand those inhuman conditions of the exile. Lilya-khanim all her life lacked parental love and affection, so now she is trying to surround her children and grandchildren with care.
