Difficult childhood of Niyaz Yakubov

Niyaz Yakubov was 5 years old when people with truncheons, having loaded his family onto a bus, sent them to Novoalekseevka. This was the first deportation for him. The memory about it is preserved in a random photo taken by amateur photographer Fevzi Poska. As a result, seven children spent the night on the street. After 3 days, they returned to Crimea. The fight for the right to live in their native land continued every day … Almost at the same age, Niyazi Yakubov’s mother, Shevkie khanim, was deported from home. On May 18, 1944, she was six years old.
