Fatima Musaeva is 88 years old. Her fate fully reflects the life of many Crimean Tatar women. As a little girl, she survived the war, survived deportation, created a family in the foreign land. After the untimely death of her husband, she was forced to raise 5 children on her own. But regardless everything, Fatime was able to return to her native Crimea, start a new life much to her 70 grandchildren and great-grandchildren’s delight.
