95-year-old native of Shelen (Gromovka) in Sudak Aishe Kurtvelieva loves guests very much. When people gather at home, she forgets about her poor health and begins to sing forgotten folk songs. And she also is always happy to share stories about her childhood in the beautiful Shelen, spread out among the mountains, which was interrupted by the war, and then deportation to the Urals. Aishe-khanym and her family were exiled to Krasnovishersk, from where, after the removal of the curfew, she moved to Uzbekistan, and only in 2006 returned to Crimea.
