Ismail Gasprinsky’s publicistic works from 1891-93, topical articles, book reviews – all this can be found in Volume IV of the «Collected Works of I. Gasprinsky,» published by the Crimean Scientific Center of the Sh. Marjani Institute of History of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan. Previously, these materials could only be found on the pages of the «Terjiman» newspaper. The volume’s compilers gathered articles in Russian, some materials were specially translated from Crimean Tatar.
