The new book by Candidate of Philological Sciences Tair Kerim, «Millet Cevherleri» («Treasures of the Nation»), opens access for the reader to a rare heritage – literary and journalistic materials from the newspaper «Millet» from the period of 1917-1920. The publication, which incorporates texts about epochal events and prominent figures of the First Kurultay of the Crimean Tatars, is addressed to everyone interested in the history of Crimean Tatar press. The meticulous work of transliteration and systematization is supplemented by extensive scholarly apparatus.
