Ervin Bekirov’s book «Bizde Ne Deyler?» (What Do We Say?) has been published. It is a unique collection of over a thousand Russian proverbs, sayings, and idioms with their Crimean Tatar equivalents. The book, published with the support of the I. Gasprinsky Media Center, will significantly expand the vocabulary, enrich the language of those studying Crimean Tatar, and allow for a deeper understanding of the people’s culture through its fixed expressions. The book was published in a run of 400 copies. It can be purchased at the I. Gasprinsky Media Center.
