Mansur Bayburtly was a documentary cameraman, front-line soldier, director. He was born in 1909 in Bakhchisarai in the family of a teacher and linguist Yaya Naji Baiburtly. His career began in 1931 when he became an assistant operator at the Vostokfilm film factory. During the war, Mansur Bayburtly was a special war correspondent. He did not part with a video camera for more than 60 years.
