The gasoline shortage in Crimea has been going on for two weeks. Crimean authorities are introducing more and more measures to maintain control over the situation: QR codes instead of coupons, selective opening of free fuel sales at individual stations, and a crackdown on speculation. The panic of the first days has subsided: social media is filled with current humor and videos in which people in queues are treated to water, fast food, or even given free haircuts.
